  Iva K. Miller-Kimmel, 93, Somerset, died at her residence Oct. 10,
  1987.  Born Aug. 11, 1894, in Brothersvalley Township, daughter of
  the late Edward and Missoura (Lantz) Bauermaster.  Preceded in death
  by first husband, Earl Miller; second husband, John J. Kimmel; son,
  Robert Miller; and daughter, Jeanne Miller; sisters: Twin, Elsie
  Maphis; Elizabeth Keller and Anna Suter; and a brother, Claude
  Bauermaster.  Survived by these children: Edward L. Miller, Peaceful
  Hills, Calif.; Mrs. Nevin (Geraldine) Shaffer, Somerset; Mrs. Kenneth
  (Kathleen) Friedline, Friedens RD 1; Mrs. Frank (Janet) Beyers,
  Lancaster; stepchildren: Mrs. Anthony (Lucille) Schmidt, Somerset RD
  6; Mrs. Dan (Grace) Fishell, Albany, N.Y.; Mrs. Thomas (Virginia)
  Cyphert, Kingston, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren;
  eight step-grandchildren; and 11 step-great-grandchildren.  Member of
  the Somerset Church of the Brethren, Somerset Farm Women.  Friends
  received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home,
  where service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Revs. Roger
  Forry and Gerald Deffenbaugh.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.  Contributions may be made to the Somerset Hospital Hospice
  Program, Somerset; and Somerset Church of the Brethren Building Fund.
