  John Edmund Kimmel, 86, of Vero Beach, Fla. formerly of Harrison,
  Pa., died June 7, 1979, at Pasco Nursing Home, Dade City, Fla.  Born
  March 31, 1893, in Jenner Twp., son of the late Jessie and Annie
  (Thiemer) Kimmel.  Also preceded in death by three sons, two brothers
  and two sisters.  Survived by widow, the former Edna H. Hay, and son,
  Telford of Vero Beach.  Brother of: Robert, Somerset RD 6; Lloyd,
  Somerset RD 2; Blair, Friedens; Clifton, Cleveland; Mrs. John
  (Etheleen) Speicher of Boswell; Mrs. Ruth Tall and Mrs. Sarah
  McClaren, both of Somerset.  Member of Beam United Church of Christ,
  Fort Pierce Lodge No. 87 F & AM.  Retired mine superintendent from
  the Saxman Coal and Coke Co.  Moved to Vero Beach in 1963 from
  Harrison.  Friends received after 7 p.m. Saturday at the Richard E.
  Hauger Funeral Home where service will be conducted Sunday at 1:30
  p.m. with Rev. Herbert Moore officiating.  Interment, Beam
  Cemetery.  Masonic Service will be held Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the
  funeral home.
