  Luella Mae Kimmel, 79, of Friedens died July 28, 1998 in her home. 
  Born Aug. 28, 1918 in Listie, Somerset County.  Daughter of the late
  Edward H. and Jennie (Watkins) Sarver.  Preceded in death by her
  husband Blair, brothers Glenn, Russell, Howard, Robert and George,
  and sister, Pearle Foust.  Survived by two daughters, Beverly, wife
  of James Woodring of Reading, and Debra, wife of John McNamara,
  Salem, Va.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Sister
  of: Donald J., married to the former Joanne Mayak of St. Thomas; Guy
  D., married to the former Frances Sarver, Friedens; Mrs. John (Theda)
  Bertoldi, Cyahoga Falls, Ohio; Mrs. Harold (Elsie) Ankney, Somerset,
  and Mrs. Lloyd (Louise) Speelman, Friedens.  Member of Geiger Church
  of the Brethren.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. today in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be
  conducted at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Rev. Gerald E. Deffenbaugh
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
