  KIMMEL
  
  Paul L. Kimmel, 69, of Stoystown RD 3, died July 14, 1987, in
  Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born Feb. 6, 1918, in Stonycreek
  Township, son of Clarence H. and Blanche (Lambert) Kimmel.  Preceded
  in death by parents and sister, Helen Wable.  Survived by his wife,
  the former Alice Zwick, whom he married Sept. 28, 1946.  Also
  survived by these children: Mrs. David L. (Susan) Wright, esq., of
  Bridgeville; Cindy of Shiremanstown; and Dr. Roger L. of Canoga Park,
  Calif.; these grandchildren: Tony Francisca and Maria Wright.  A
  brother of: Mrs. Albert (Thelma) Escherich and George, married to the
  former Marjorie Speicher, both of Stoystown RD 3; and Zane, married to
  the former Charlotte Baughman of Shanksville.  He was a retired
  carpenter, World War II army veteran and a member of the Berlin
  VFW.  Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown, with Revs. Ed and Brenda Fritz
  officiating.  Interment, Lamberstville Cemetery at the convenience of
  the family.  No visitation or viewing.  Instead of flowers, family
  requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
