Kimmel, 80, of Central City RD 1, died Jan. 27, 1983, in Windber Hospital. Born April 25, 1902, in Somerset County, a son of George W.C. and Rebecca (Lee) Kimmel. Preceded in death by his three wives: Nevada B. Mostoller, M. Marie Claycomb and Myrtle Winebrenner Wade; also one daughter, Mrs. Alfred Walker; three sisters: Zella Roby, Edna Meyers and Golda Sipe; and two brothers: Walter and Jacob. Survived by these children: Louella, wife of Charles Speicher, Somerset; Victoria, wife of Glenn Smith, Cairnbrrok RD 1; Blanche, wife of Anthony Ferrara, and John H., both of Adamsville; William B., Wilkes Barre; Wilmer K., Hooversville; George W., Irvington, N.J.; and Shirley, wife of Forrest Custer, Central City RD 1; 21 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren; also one sister, Georgia M. Werner, Pomona, Calif. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. today (Friday) in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Daniel A.
