(Ted) King, 76, of Boswell RD 1 died Jan. 6, 1973, in Somerset Community Hospital. He was born Aug. 31, 1896, in Somerset County the son of William A. and Minnie Rogers King. He was preceded in death by parents, his first wife, the former Grace Stutzman, in 1955; second wife, the former Ada Nolan, in 1967; six brothers; and one sister. He is survived by a sister Mrs. Ethel Spangler of Louisville, Ohio; and a brother Arthur of Johnstown RD 4. He was a retired Quemahoning Township farmer and a member of the Somerset Aerie Fraternal Order of Eagles. Family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Charles R. Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Larry Weigle. Interment in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Stoystown. Daily American, 8 January 1973 [K0616]
