  Josephine M. King, 92, Machesney Park, Ill., formerly of Meyersdale, died Oct.
  7, 2005, in Rockford, Ill. Born Sept. 7, 1913, in Meyersdale, a daughter of the
  late Jacob and Mary Louise (Lottig) Sturtz. Also preceded in death by her
  husband, Elwood W. King; two brothers, Albert Sturtz and Ellis Sturtz and a
  sister, Althea Lowery. Survived by her son, Robert L. King and his wife,
  Saundra, Machesney Park, Ill., brother, Carl Sturtz, Akron, Ohio and sister,
  Geraldine Eger, Pittsburgh; also two grandchildren, Robin and Kirk and seven
  great-grandchildren; a special niece, Judy Hall, Murrells Inlet, S.C. and
  numerous other nieces and nephews. A member of the Meyersdale Church of the
  Brethren and was retired from Meyersdale Manufacturing. Friends will be
  received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Eric
  Shaulis officiating. Interment, Meyersdale Area Union Cemetery. Arrangements by
  the William Rowe Price Funeral Home Inc., Meyersdale.

    Josephine M. King, 92, of Machesney Park, Ill., formerly of Meyersdale, died
  Friday, October 7, 2005, in Rockford, Ill.
    Born September 7, 1913, in Meyersdale, she was a daughter of the late Jacob
  and Mary Louise (Lottig) Sturtz.
    She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elwood W. King; two brothers:
  Albert Sturtz, and Ellis Sturtz; and a sister, Althea Lowery.
    She is survived by her son, Robert L. King and his wife Saundra, Machesney
  Park; brother, Carl Sturtz, Akron, Ohio; and sister, Geraldine Eger,
  Pittsburgh; also two grandchildren: Robin and Kirk; and seven
  great-grandchildren; a special niece, Judy Hall, Murrells Inlet, S.C.; and
  numerous other nieces and nephews.
    She was a member of the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren and was retired
  from Meyersdale Manufacturing.
    Friends were received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Price
  Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where service was conducted at   11 a.m. Thursday,
  with the Rev. Eric Shaulis officiating.
