King, 68, of Fort Hill, died suddenly Jan. 16, 1983, at his home. He was born June 6, 1914, in Upper Turkeyfoot Township, a son of the late Samuel and Mary (Cramer) King. He is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Earl (Zelma) Pletcher and Edward, both of Rockwood RD 3; Winfield, Mrs. Roy (Martha) Pletcher and Mrs. Edward (Nellie) Bungard, all of Markleton RD 1; and Howard of Elyria, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Wilson; one brother, Ralph. Also survived by the following brothers and sisters-in-law: Mr. and Mrs. Clark McClintock, Mrs. Esthel Beachy, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Riffle, Mr. and Mrs. Park Wilson and Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Enos. He was a member of Fort Hill Church of God. He taught Sunday school class for many years. Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home where funeral services were held with the Rev. Roy Bowers.
