Kinsinger, a retired farmer of Summit Township, died at the home of his son, Urias, a farmer of the same township, Oct. 30, 1940, at the age of 83 years, 4 months and 23 days. The cause of his death was nephritis, following an attack of grip. He was ill only a few days. He was a son of Peter and Rachael (Gnagey) Kinsinger, and is survived by these children: Urias, at whose home he died; Miss Lizzie Kinsinger and Mrs. Savilla Zook, both of Summit Township. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Savilla Hershberger of Holsopple, Pa., and Mrs. Malinda Klingaman of Mifflin County, Pa. The funeral service was held last Saturday at 10:00 a.m., at the Summit Mills Amish Mennonite Church, and was conducted by Rev. Joseph Yoder, one of the ministers of that church, of which Mr. Kinsinger was a member. The burial arrangement was in charge of Stanley M. Thomas, mortician, of Salisbury. Interment was in the church cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, November 7, 1940
