Born Jan. 9, 1924 in Elk Lick Township, he was a son of the late John J. and Nancy (Sell) Kinsinger. He is survived by a son, Roy David Kinsinger, Box Elder, S.D.; a daughter, Sandra Kay Kinsinger, Grantsville, Md.; a sister, Dorothy Spiker, Meyersdale, and a step-daughter. U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a Purple Heart recipient. Member of the VFW and DAV. Was employed as a truck driver. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Newman Funeral Home, 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, where service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Rev.
