  ORLAND A. KIPP
  
    Orland A. Kipp, 83, of 207 Ottawa Street, Johnstown, died Thursday,
  March 28, 1985, at his home.
    He was born December 12, 1901, in Rockwood, and was the son of the
  late John Kipp and Nora (Malsberry) Kipp.  His widow, Mrs. Helen
  (Wagner) Kipp, survives.
    He was a retired superintendent of stores for the Pennsylvania
  Electric Company.
    He was a member of the Belmont United Methodist Church in Johnstown.
    He was a charter member and past president, past state president,
  and past district governor of the Exchange Club of Johnstown.
    In addition to his widow, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs.
  Janet V. Muha, Manasquan, N.J.; two grandchildren and two
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary, Inc.,
  514 Somerset Street, Johnstown.
    Services were held by the Rev. Fred Doverspike and the Rev. Paul H.
  Scruton. Interment, Grand View Cemetery, Johnstown.
