  Community Hospital.  Funeral arrangements in charge of the Richard E.
  Hauger Funeral Home are incomplete.
  
  
  KIRCH
  
  George W. Kirch, 80, Somerset, died Oct. 1, 1984, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Aug. 11, 1904, in Pittsburgh, a son of the
  late John and Anne (Ricer) Kirch.  Also preceded in death by two
  brothers and one grandson.  He is survived by his wife, the former
  Alice Simmons; and these children: Mrs. Erma Arnold, Plano, Texas;
  Mrs. Meryl (Grace) Wiester, Apollo; Melvin and Delmar (Jack), both of
  Somerset; also eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  He was
  a brother of Katherine Swider, Dunnellon, Fla., and Mrs. Dan (Anne)
  Simmons, Rogers, Ohio.  He was member of the Mt. Calvary Lutheran
  Church.  Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the
  Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be held Thursday
  at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Walter Startzell officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.
