He was born June 2, 1933 in Milwaukee, Wis. to the late Paul and Elisabeth (Gassner) Kirschbaum. He is survived by his wife Florence (Ott) Kirschbaum; a son Jeffrey A. Kirschbaum of Germantown, Md.; a daughter Lynda K. Monahan of Worcester, Mass.; a brother Paul N. Kirschbaum of Akron Ohio; and two grandchildren Eric and Peter Monahan. He was semi-retired and the Founder of K-K Sales Inc. Germantown, Md. and Hidden Valley. He was a former M.P. in the U.S. Army and a graduate of University of Wisconsin Madison, Wis. where he came affiliated with Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Somerset and a former member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church Highland Park, Lower Allen Township. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in his church in Somerset with the Revs. Robert L. Hoover, Jr. and Susan H. Yatta, his pastors, co-officiating and 11 a.m. Friday in Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Highland Park with the Rev. Linda Hostetter and Rev. Hoover co-officiating. A visitation will immediately follow both services. Parthermore Funeral Home and Cremations services, New Cumberland, is entrusted with the arrangements.
