  Jean (Sis) Kurtz Kirst, 79, Sewickley and Somerset, died April 29, 2005. Born
  Oct. 31, 1925, in Confluence, the daughter of the late Robert Clark and
  Katherine Eyler Kurtz. Beloved wife of Joseph D. Kirst II for 56 years. Also
  survived by children: J. Daniel III and wife, Jane Nash Kirst, Telluride,
  Colo., Robert H. Kirst and fiancˇe, Ruth Brown, Somerset and Anne Kirst Lavalle
  and husband, William, Poulsbo, Wash.; brother, Robert H. Kurtz and wife, Jean
  DeForest, Hingham, Mass.; and five grandchildren, Judson, Hayley and Caitlin
  Kirst, Ryan and Matthew Lavalle. She will be greatly missed. Funeral service
  will be private. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements
  by Copeland's FH/Irvine Chapel, 702 Beaver St. Sewickley, PA 15108.
