  RALPH DAYTON KISER
  
    Ralph Dayton Kiser, 70, of 212 Riverside Driver, Essex, Md., died
  Dec. 12, 1981 at Franklin Square Hospital, Baltimore County, Md.
    He was born in West Virginia, and was a son of the late Byron H.
  Kiser and Laura (Dayton) Kiser.
    He was a retired employee of the Martin Marietta Corporation and
  was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
    He is survived by his widow, Mary (Llewellyn) Kiser: three sons,
  Byron Kiser, Meyersdale; Ralph Kiser, Essex, and Charles Kiser,
  Keyser, W.Va; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Lowing, Denver, N.C.; a brother,
  Byron Kiser, Marlboro, Mass.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary K. Knowles,
  Farmville, Va.; Mrs. Wilma K. Luman, Virginia Beach, Va., and Mrs.
  Mabel Liebau, Stewardstown; 12 grandchildren and three
  great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Markwood Funeral Home.
