He was born March 12, 1931 in Cumberland, MD, a son of the late Worthington (Bill) Leon and Blanche Rae (Suder) Kline. Preceded in death by sister, Willow Grace Dickinson. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Lois L. (Baker) Kline. Survived by these children: Leon A. and his wife Jenny; Charles D. Kline, all of Salisbury; Linda L. Kline and James C. Kline, both of Meyersdale; and Brenda L., wife of James A. Scalf, Versailles, KY. Also survived by four grandchildren: David R. Scalf, Versailles, KY; Matthew J., Michael R., and Ashley M. Scalf, all of Salisbury. He was a mechanic by trade and owner of Salisbury Automotive and a used car dealer. He served in the US Air Force as an Aircraft Engine Mechanic, and was a Technical Instructor. He was also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Salisbury. Friends were received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the M. Ray Leckemby Funeral Home, where the service was held Monday at 2 p.m. with Rev. David Fetter officiating.
