"Fuzz" Klink, 80, Meyersdale, devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather went to be with the Lord on Jan. 17, 2006, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md. Born April 22, 1925, in Garrett. A son of the late Clyde and Elsie (Miller) Klink. Also preceded in death by his brother, Fay V. Klink. Survived by his wife of 59/2 years, the former Lottie Yutzy; daughter, Gloria A., wife of Peter Housel, Meyersdale; son, the Rev. David A. Klink, and his wife, Charlene (Geiger), Meyersdale; two grandchildren, Carl E. Housel, and his wife, Monica (Ostheim); and Kristin A., wife of Hamilton George; five great-grandchildren, Matt, Amy Kayla, Nicole and Breeanna and a great-great-granddaughter, Shaylee. A brother of Evelyn, wife of D. Hubert Wright, Salisbury; and Alice Ann, wife of Perry L. Yoder, Meyersdale. Also survived by a sister-in-law, Barbara (Collins) Klink, Salisbury; and a "special sister" Mona Marita (Roberts) Lehman, Somerset. A member of the Teamsters and UMWA. Carl drove tractor trailer for Cooper-Jarrett for 20 years. He was a dozer operator for Pine Hill Smokless Coal Co. and later for Penn Pocahontas Coal, from which he retired. A veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, where he was a corporal. A member of the Garrett United Methodist Church where he faithfully served the Lord as chairman of the administrative council and was a lay leader. One of his greatest joys in life was his family. He instilled in them his love for God, his love for life, and his love for the outdoors. He never met a stranger and he touched many lives with his gentle spirit and witty sense of humor . He will be greatly missed by family, friends, church and community. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale. A service celebrating his life will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Garrett United Methodist Church. The Rev. Joseph Onder officiating. Interment St. Paul (Wilhelm) Cemetery.
