He had been very ill for five days preceding his death, but had been unable to work for about five months. He had chronic valvular heart disease for about 20 years. Mr. Klink was born in Somerset County on February 3, 1894, son of Jonas D. and Ida Jane (Klink) Klink, and was aged 51 years, 3 months and 23 days. He married Iva Hattie Ohler on December 20, 1917 in Cumberland, Md. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Dorothy, wife of Roy Butler of Berkley's Mill; three sons, Harold E., Sylvan and James F., all at home; two sisters, Anna, wife of Howard Sell, Glencoe, and Florence, wife of William Stevanus, Holsopple; three brothers, David of Glencoe, Ephraim of Ohiopyle, and Irvin of Somerset, and two grandchildren. He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church of Lonaconing, Md. Funeral services were conducted in St. Paul Reformed Church, with Rev. George Ely officiating, on Monday, April 28th, at 2:30 p.m. Interment in the St. Paul Cemetery in charge of Stanley M. Thomas, funeral director. Meyersdale Republican, May 31, 1945
