    Margaret M. Knapp, 53, Central City, died March 8, 1988, at
  Presbyterian-University Hospital, Pittsburgh.  Born Feb. 12, 1935, in
  Listie, daughter of Steve and Helen (Bator) Svonavec.  Preceded in
  death by mother.  Survived by father, Friedens; husband, Michael; and
  their children: Capt. Michael S., Fort Rucker, Ala.; Susan, wife of
  Michael Nosko, Ardmore; David, married to former Caroline Corcoran,
  Orangeburg, N.Y.; Marjorie, at home; First Lt. Patrick, Fort Hood,
  Texas; and Stephen, Mary Jane, Mark, Tammy and Lisa, all at home;
  also two grandchildren.  Sister of Helen Zborovancik, Friedens RD;
  Steve, Somerset; Jane Klotz, Stoystown; Agnes Hay and Joe, both of
  Rockwood; Don, Listie; Betsy Aust, Friedens; Jim, Somerset RD; and
  Dozy Steinkirchner, Listie.  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9
  p.m. Friday at Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City, where brief
  service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by Mass of
  Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic
  Church, Central City, the Rev. Lawrence Lacovic.  Interment, church
  cemetery.  Vigil service will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at
  funeral home.
