Knecht, Margaret Sloan

  Mrs. Margaret Sloan, wife of Joseph Knecht of West Salisbury died on Tuesday 
morning September 14 at the Allegany Hospital. Mrs. Knecht was taken to the 
hospital on Monday morning to be operated upon for some disarrangement of the 
intestines and the operation was performed about 11 o'clock on Monday forenoon 
and death followed the operation. Funeral was held from the house at West 
Salisbury and the remains were taken to St. Michael's Catholic Church on 
Thursday morning. The deceased was aged 35 years and leaves her husband and two 
children.
