    Shirley M. Knecht, 47, of North Center Ave., Somerset, died Oct.
  17, 1994, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Pittsburgh.  Born Nov. 27,
  1946, in Harrison, Somerset County, daughter of Steve and Dorothy
  (Kisner) Lasko.  Preceded in death by one sister, Pam Phillippi. 
  Survived by parents of Somerset; husband, Brian; one daughter, Heidi
  Jo Lasko of Somerset, and son, Barry Emert Jr. of Somerset; grandson,
  Stevie Moore, and two sisters: Pat, wife of Dean Beck, and Barbara,
  wife of Howard Henry, both of Rockwood.  Friends will be received
  from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at
  1 p.m. Friday, Rev. C. J. Ickes.  Interment, Friedens Cemetery.
