  HARRY M. KNEPPER
  
    Harry M. Knepper, 87, York RD 4, died March 23 1983, at his
  residence.
    He was born Aug. 28, 1895, in Somerset County, a son of the late
  Elmer and Mary (Bittner) Knepper.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Lula (Bender) Knepper, York
  RD 4; six sons: James, Dale and Harry, all of York RD 4; Blaine, York
  RD 5; Glenn, Soldatna, Alaska; and Lynn, Green Bay, Wis.; 16
  grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Anna Knox,
  Meyersdale.  He was a charter member and deacon of the Grace Brethren
  Church in York.
    Friends were received at the Little Funeral Home, Manchester (York
  County).  Services were held at the funeral home with the pastor of
  the Grace Brethren Church, the Rev. Kenneth Cosgrove.  Interment,
  Prospect Hill Cemetery, York.
