Knepper, 88, died Monday, August 16, at 1:30 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Annie Landis of High Street, Berlin. She was the widow of C. C. Knepper who died in August, ten years ago. She was born in Brothersvalley Twp., a daughter of William and Susan Dively, deceased, of Roxbury, and was one of sixteen children, four of whom survive - Coffroth Dively and Mrs. Cora Rumiser of Berlin, Herman Dively of Lavansville and Mrs. Albert Harrison of Detroit, Mich. Mrs. Knepper is survived by three children, Mrs. R. Choate Landis, Berlin; Mrs. John H. Zorn, Wilkinsburg, and George Knepper of Springfield, O. Another son, Frank Knepper, preceded her in death. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Harriet Landis, Berlin; Mrs. R. A. Geisler, Somerset; Richard Knepper, Denver, Colo.; Mrs. E. W. Bradshaw, Jr., Alexandria, Va., and three great-grandchildren, July and Sandra Geisler and Larry Bradshaw. Mrs. Knepper was a life-long member of the Lutheran Church and was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Funeral services were held Thursday at 2:30 p.m., in the Johnson & Son Funeral Home with her pastor, the Rev. Robert S. Nagle, officiating. Interment was made in the Berlin Cemetery.
