  KNIERIEM
  
  Robert D. Knieriem, 87, of Meyersdale, died June 19, 2001 at
  Meyersdale Medical Center.  Born Feb. 27, 1914 in Meyersdale.  A son
  of the late Dennis and Katherine (Miller) Knieriem.  Survived by his
  wife, the former Angela T. Winters; and three children: James D.,
  married to the former Carolyn Livengood, Meyersdale; Elizabeth B.,
  wife of Stephen Phillips, Meyersdale; and Barbara A., wife of Wallace
  McClure, Hagerstown, Md.  Also 12 grandchildren and 10
  great-grandchildren.  Retired from Clapper's Building Materials in
  Meyersdale.  Veteran U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.  Friends
  will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Price Funeral
  Home Meyersdale, where service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday,
  with the Rev. Emory Scholl officiating.  Interment SS. Philip & James
  Cemetery.
