Knopsnider, 60, of Youngstown, Ohio, was dead on arrival at Southside Hospital there on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 1973. A native of Fayette County, he was a son of the late Isaac and Myrtle (Conners) Knopsnider. He was a resident of Youngstown since 1937 and had been employed as a carloader at Republic Steel Company for 29 years. He was a member of the Brethren Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Myrtle Brockway, and a brother, Edward L. Knopsnider, of Youngstown. Funeral service was conducted in Youngstown Wednesday evening. The body was removed to Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville. A service was conducted there last Friday afternoon with Rev. Walter Otto officiating. Interment in Springs Cemetery.
