  PAUL PHILLIP KNOPSNYDER
  
    Paul Phillip Knopsnyder "Knoppy" 70, of Stoystown RD 3, died Aug.
  28, 1981, at Lee Hospital in Johnstown.
    He was born March 28, 1911, in Black Township, son of James and
  Sarah (Linterman) Knopsnyder.
    He was preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Mary Polish;
  and three brothers.
    He is survived by these three children: Mrs. John (Joan) Lynch,
  Boswell RD 1; Mrs. Leroy (Donna) House, Stoystown RD 3; Mrs. Robert
  (Connie) Jones, Friedens; eleven grandchildren and a great-grandson. 
    He was a brother of: Mrs. Mabel Younkin of New Florence; Ed and
  Mrs. Irene Tressler, both of Markleton; Mrs. Ethel Growall, Rockwood;
  Mrs. Delores Welsh, Somerset; Mrs. Samual (Betty) Thompson, Markleton
  RD 1; Howard, Rockwood RD.  Retired coal miner; member of U.M.W.A.
  Local 998, Tire Hill; and Jenner Rod and Gun Club. 
    Friends were received at the Deaner Funeral Home in Stoystown,
  where services were conducted with the Rev. Larry. R. Weigle. 
  Interment, Odd Fellows Cemetery in Stoystown.
