    SHERRY L. KNOPSNYDER
  
  Sherry L. Knopsnyder, 46, Somerset, died Sept. 5, 2004, at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born Aug. 4, 1958, in Ft. Campbell, Ky., she is the daughter of
  Vincent and Wilma (Houston) Chackan, Acme.  Preceded in death by an infant
  sister.  Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jeffrey
  Knopsnyder; stepchildren: Mrs. Terry (Heather) McKenzie, Branden and Jared
  Knopsnyder all of Somerset; two stepgrandchildren, Genesis and Jalisha.
  Sister of Mrs. Ronald (Sandy) Winter, Indianapolis, Ind.  and Lonnie and
  wife, Hiba Chackan, Montgomery, Ala.; grandmother, Elma Hageword, Tampa,
  Fla.; mother and father-in-law, Alvin and Mary Knopsnyder, Rockwood;
  stepsister, Randie Chackan, New Stanton, and stepbrother, Daryl Chackan,
  Mount Pleasant.  Member of Acme United Methodist Church and a 1976 graduate
  of Eufanula High School in Eufanula, Ala.  A memorial service will be held
  at 6 p.m. Friday in the Acme United Methodist Church.  The Rev. Terry
  Trudgen officiating.  Interment will be private.  Contributions may be made
  to Acme United Methodist, RR 1 Box 335, Acme, Pa.  15601.  Arrangements under
  the direction of the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset.
