      Edith M. Knox, 93 of Meyersdale, went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2008 at
  Golden Living Center, Meyersdale.
      She was born May 16, 1915 in Somerset, daughter of George and Cora (Racey) Barndt.
  Preceded in death by parents; sisters: Mamie Lepley and Pearl Baker; brothers: Harry,
  John and Albert Barndt.
      She is survived by husband, James Merle Knox, Meyersdale; daughters: Nellie married
  to Earl Watkins, Berlin; Esther married to Hilton Hauger, Garrett; granddaughter: Joyce
  Gardner married to Gary and great granddaughter, Hayley.
      Edith was a homemaker.
      Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with Pastors Terry and Wanda
  Clark and Pastor Dale Stotler officiating. Interment Beachdale Cemetery. 
      Memorial contributions may be given to Beachdale Church of the Brethren AGAPE fund,
  803 Owl Hollow Rd., Berlin, PA 15530.

    Edith M. Knox, 93, Meyersdale, went to be with the Lord on Sept. 1, 2008. Born May 16,
  1915, in Somerset, the daughter of George and Cora (Racey) Barndt. Preceded in death by
