  HOWARD F. KNOX
  
    Howard F. Knox, 82, of Ursina, died Tues., Nov. 18, 1980, in the
  Somerset Community Hospital.
    He was born Oct. 15, 1898 in Meadow Mount, Md., a native of Vindex,
  Md., a son of the late Hezekiah and Anna (Broadwater) Knox.
    He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lulu Sims, and a second
  wife, Etta Romesburg; also two sons.
    He is survived by seven children: Mrs. Freda Kinser, Lancaster;
  Mrs. Nellie Bray, Kitzmiller, Md.; Mrs. Beatrice Kifer, McKeesport;
  Mrs. Dorothy Mullins, Fairfax, Va.; Howard C. and Albert, both of
  Hagerstown, Md.; and Alvin of Boston, Pa.; 44 grandchildren, and
  numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.  He attended the
  Confluence Church of the Nazarene.
    Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence
  where funeral services were held with the Rev. Donald DeHaven
  officiating.  Interment, Jersey Cemetery.
