   Helen (DiMauro) Knupp, 90, Windber, died June 10, 2006, at the Church of the Brethren
  Home. Born Sept. 3, 1915, in Hollsopple, daughter of the late Samuel and Mary (Negast)
  DiMauro. Also pre-ceded in death by husband, Edward Knupp; daughter, Carol Kaufman;
  brother, Charles; sister, Rose; an infant brother and sister and son-in-law, Harry
  Kaufman. Survived by daughter, Lucille Mangiafico, New Paris, six grandchildren and nine
  great-grandchildren. Sister of Josephine Spangler and Pauline Kapitan. Helen was a
  seamstress at Dorffman and Hoffman, and a bartender at LaPorta's Bar. Member of Mt. Zion
  Lutheran Church, Scalp Level. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Monday at the
  William Kisiel Funeral Home, Windber, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, the
  Rev. James A. McCormick, Jr. officiating. Interment, Richland Cemetery.
