    Nadine Knupp, 81, Somerset, died April 18, 2008, at Siemon's Lakeview Manor Estate.
  Born Aug. 6, 1926, in Jefferson Township, daughter of Edward K. and Anna (Miller) Ankney.
  Preceded in death by parents; sister, Treatice Willaman. Survived by husband, Robert Gene
  Knupp, to whom she was married 48 years; son, Kirk R. Knupp, Somerset; and brother, Max
  W. Ankney and wife, Marjorie, Somerset. A 1945 graduate of Somerset High School and a
  1951 graduate of the University of Kentucky. She worked until her retirement in 1988 as a
  school teacher for Somerset Area School District with 33 years of service. She was also a
  member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star Chapter 138 and she
  loved horses. Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Hauger- Zeigler
  Funeral Home, Somerset. A service will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bethany United
  Methodist Church, Somerset. The Rev. Barry K. Ritenour officiating. Interment Bethany
