  KNUPP
  
  Richard J. Knupp, 62, of Somerset RD 7, died July 10, 1983, at his
  residence.  Born Aug. 12, 1920, in Somerset Township, a son of the
  late Jay and Julia (Carmody) Knupp.  Also preceded in death by one
  brother.  He was married to the former Ruby (Dolly) Lint and is
  survived by these children: Richard L. of Somerset; Barry of San
  Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Joseph (Carol) Caron, Loysburg, Pa.; and Kerry of
  Wichita, Kansas.  Also nine grandchildren and one
  great-granddaughter.  He is survived by two sisters: Betty Wickham of
  Somerset; and Julia Seig of Portage.  He was a retired dispatcher for
  Somerset Limestone, was a member of the VFW and was president of the
  Somerset Jeep Club.  Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the
  Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be held Wednesday
  at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Klier officiating.  Interment, Weller
  Cemetery.
