  Lucille Koeppe, 76, Southview Avenue, Johnstown, formerly of
  Somerset, died Dec. 31, 1992, at the home of her son-in-law and
  daughter, Mr. and Mrs. James L. Blank.  She was born May 14, 1916, in
  Somerset, a daughter of the late Lee and Lillie (Fisher) Taylor.  She
  was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur L., March
  10, 1992, and one son, Arthur Jr.  Survived by one daughter, Betty,
  wife of James L. Blank of Johnstown; two grandsons, James L. of
  Houston, Texas, and Arthur of Johnstown.  She was a member of Moxham
  Lutheran Church.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday
  in Moxham Lutheran Church, Johnstown, where funeral service will be
  conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, with Pastor Edward V. DeVore
  officiating.  Interment, Grandview Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers,
  memorials may be given to Moxham Lutheran Church.  Funeral
  arrangements are in the charge of Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.
