Born June 12, 1901, in Poland, son of Albert and Mary (Kieni) Kolesko. Preceded in death by parents; wife, former Mary Skasko; brother John; sister Anna, two infant children, and an infant great-grandson. Beloved "Daddy" to Mrs. John (Mary Ann) Weismiller, Davidsville, and Tucson, Ariz.; Mrs. Joseph (Pauline) Abramowich, and S. Richard, married to former Carole Sebastian, both of Stoystown; Beloved "Grandpa" to seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter. He retired from former Kolesko Motor Sales of Hooversville and was a former master mechanic for CCC Camps that built Laurel Hill State Park. Member of Holy Family catholic church, Hooversville; Holy Name Society; Hooversville Lions Club; Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Charter member of Hooversville Volunteer Fire Co. Former member of Hollsopple Senior Citizens. Stanley was very devoted to his God and family. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville, where wake service will be held at 3:15 p.m. and Lions memorial service at 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Hooversville, the Rev. Romulus Rosolowski, OFM, Conv. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be given to: Patriot Manor Activities Dept.
