Kolinski Sr., 76, Mexico Street, Boswell, died June 6, 2004, at home. Born Feb. 16, 1928, in Petoskey, Mich., son of John Kolinski and Bernice (Gray) Kolinski-Mokszyski. Preceded in death by parents; stepfather, John Mokszyski and grandson, Edward R. Matsko Jr., on May 30, 1995. Survived by wife, the former Helen L. Unger; children, Brenda Stevenson and fiance, Barry Lehman, Jenner Township, Roxane, married to Edward R. Matsko Sr., Jennerstown and Raymond L. Jr. at home; grandsons, Travis Stevenson and Austin Matsko; brother, Joseph, Ellenton, Fla. and sister, Sylvia, married to Jack Lockwood, Gladstone, Mich. A 1946 graduate of Petoskey High School, Petoskey, Mich. Following graduation, entered the U.S. Army on June 18, 1946, serving in Korea and Alaska and being discharged June 17, 1949, with the rank of corporal. Would have observed 55th wedding anniversary on June 18, 2004. Retired from the Open Hearth Division, former Johnstown Plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp. in 1983 with 33 years of service. Member of the Jenner Rod and Gun Club and past member of the Boswell Borough Council. Following retirement, helped his son with Ray's Landscaping and Ray's Petting Zoo. Loved hunting, fishing and gardening. Attended Laurel Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jennerstown. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell. Viewing also from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Laurel Trinity Church. The Rev. Jacquelyn S. Ahern officiating. Interment, Maple Spring Cemetery near Jerome.
