Koontz, Arthur

  Arthur Koontz, native to this county, died Feb. 21, at the National Military 
Home at Dayton, Ohio, of Bright's disease. He was 40 years of age and a veteran 
of the Spanish-American war. The body was taken to the home of his mother at 
Johnstown for burial.
