  KOONTZ
  
  Mrs. Elsie M. Koontz, 96, died Oct. 28, 1983, in the Allegheny
  Lutheran Home in Johnstown where she had been a resident for 17
  years.  Born Feb. 20, 1887, in Somerset, a daughter of the late
  Daniel G. and Emma Grace (Rishaberger) Stahl.  She was preceded in
  death by her husband, Earl R.  She was a member of the First Lutheran
  Church and a charter member of the O.E.S. Chapter 138, Somerset. 
  Graveside services at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Husband Cemetery, the
  Rev. Dr. Walden M. Holl.  Arrangements in charge of the
  Picking-Treese-Bennett Mortuary.  In remembrance of Mrs. Koontz,
  those who wish may make contributions to the Allegheny Lutheran Home.
