    JERRY S. KOONTZ
 
  Jerry S. Koontz, 65, of Wichita, Kan., formerly of Somerset, Coleman
  Factory Outlet Store and Museum manager, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004.  He is preceded
  in death by son Jay.  He is survived by his wife, Betty; sons, Larry
  (Jeanette) Koontz, J.R. (Lenyse) Koontz; daughter, Lori (Dennis) Doyle, all
  of Wichita; sister, Jean Otto, Somerset; grandchildren, Katie, Drew, Amanda,
  Adam and Emily Koontz.  Visitation with family is from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at
  Downing & Lahey Mortuary West, Wichita, Kan.  A service will be held 11
  a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, Haysville, Kan., followed by a
  graveside service at 1 p.m. at the Resthaven Cemetery in Wichita.  A memorial
  established with Boy Scouts of America, Quivera Council, 1555 East 2nd,
  Wichita, Kan.  67214.  Condolences may be sent to the family via
