  KOONTZ
  
  Mary A. Koontz, 78, formerly of Rockwood, died April 19, 1983, in
  Berlin.  Born April 9, 1905, in Milford Township, a daughter of David
  and Daisy (Speicher) Ansell.  Survived by one son, Clifton of
  Johnstown; two daughters: Mrs. Doris Hoover, Erie, Pa.; and Mrs.
  Phyllis Butler of Fort Hill; three brothers; two sisters; seven
  grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by
  her husband, Howard (Rusty) Koontz in 1967; also by a son, Robert, in
  1977.  Member of the United Church of Christ of Rockwood; former
  member of Rockwood Firemen's Auxiliary; and a member of W.B.A.
  Lodge.  Funeral services will be conducted in the William J. Wood
  Funeral Home, Rockwood, Thursday (today) at 1:30 p.m. with her
  pastor, the Rev. Jack Hazlett, officiating.  Interment, Rockwood
  I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her
  memory to the United Church of Christ, Rockwood.  There will be no
  visitation or viewing.
