  KOONTZ
  
  Ray S. Koontz, 91, died April 29, 1994 at the Mennonite Home 1520
  Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, Pa., following a lengthy illness.  The
  husband of the late Sara (Coleman) Koontz who died in 1983.  Mr.
  Koontz owned and operated the Reliable Delivery Trucking Co.,
  Somerset, retiring in 1979.  He moved to Lancaster from Philadelphia
  in 1988.  Born in Somerset County, he was the son of the late Peter
  and Lizzie (Schmucker) Koontz.  He attended Somerset Church of the
  Brethren.  Survived by a son, Richard C. Koontz, Cornwell Heights; a
  daughter, Joan E., wife of Leo E. Moore Jr., Lancaster, and three
  grandchildren.  Graveside service at the Friedens Lutheran Cemetery
  at 3 p.m. Tuesday, with Rev. James Ling officiating.  Arrangements
  under the direction of Nissley Funeral Home, Mount Joy, Pa.
