  Roger A. Koontz, 66, died Sept. 18, 2005. Born Jan. 1, 1939, in Harnedsville, a
  son of the late Warren S. and Louise E. Koontz. Also preceded in death by
  brothers, Ted and Jack Koontz. He was the beloved husband of Katie (Schroer)
  Koontz; father of Wendell (Esther) Koontz, Yvonne Koontz and Penny (David)
  Williams; grandfather of William and Sarah Koontz, Cory, Kyle, Zack and Natasha
  Williams; brother of Ron, Tom (Kay) and Ed (Nancy) Koontz. He graduated from
  Turkeyfoot Valley Joint High School (1956) at Harnedsville and retired from
  Delta Airlines after 34 years. He was president of Danville Conservation Club
  and member of the NRA. Interment Brownstown Cemetery. All donations can be made
  Danville Conservation Club or Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Indianapolis, Ind.
