  KOONTZ
  
  William J. Koontz, 49, North Madison, Ohio, formerly of Stoystown,
  died April 29, 1973, in Cleveland.  He was born March 15, 1924, in
  Somerset County, a son of Wachter and Grace (Griffith) Koontz of
  Stoystown.  He is also survived by his widow, the former Gladys
  Wilson; these children: Ronald of Boswell; Terry, Laura and Mike, at
  home.  He was a brother of: Lloyd E. of Blairsville; Mrs. Donald
  (Jane) Barnett, Chambersburg; Dennis J. of Hooversville.  He was
  employed by Towmotor of Mentor, Ohio; a World War II veteran; a
  member of Robert Hite American Legion Post, Stoystown.  Family will
  receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Charles R. Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m.
  Wednesday with the Rev. Herbert G. Hohman.  Interment, Odd Fellow's [sic]
  Cemetery, Stoystown.
