Born April 10, 1924 in Warren, daughter of the late Shirley Clinton and Alice Park Bean. Also preceded in death by husband, Warren T. Koppenhofer, who died Jan. 27, 2000, whom she married May 10, 1945 in Norfolk, Va., two brothers, Laverne H. and David E. Bean, and two stepsisters, Lucille Smith and Nedra Harris. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Les (Susan E.) Scenna, of Amherst, N.H.; sons, Michael W. Koppenhofer and Andrea Skiptunis of Enola, and Warren Tom Koppenhofer and wife Heidi, of Hooversville; two sisters, Geraldine Lindsey of Russell and Mrs. Nicholas (Barbara J.) Stanko of Warren; two brothers, Ronald E. Bean and James W. Bean, both of Sheffield; five grandchildren, Ian Scenna, Carissa Scenna, Myles Scenna, all of Amherst, N.H., Emily Koppenhofer of Hooversville, and Cassius Koppenhofer of Enola. She was an avid traveler and lover of friends and family. Visitation from 11 a.m. Monday until the time of service at 1 p.m., at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, 304 East St., Warren. Rev. Marcus Briggs, Chaplain of the Warren General Hospital officiating. Interment, Oakland Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
