Va. died May 3, 2000 at home. Born June 30, 1952 in Somerset, son of Thurman and Fay (Lambert) Korns of Stoystown. Preceded in death by infant brother, Daniel. Survived by parents and wife, the former Maureen (Marcy) Babbington and one son, Jeremiah at home. Also survived by sisters, Bonnie, married to William H. Stutzman of Friedens and Jacqueline, married to Walter Eppler of Cranberry Township and one brother, Michael, married to the former Leslie Stewart of Lower Burrell. Veteran of the Viet Nam war, during which time he was stationed at Cam Rahn Bay. He was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Shanksville. Employed by Skylighter Inc. of Purcellville, Virginia as a warehouse manager. Remains were cremated at the request of the deceased. A memorial service is planned for the near future and will be announced by the family.
