  KOSOSKI, Shirley Ann 09/28/07  Daily American
  
   Shirley Ann Kososki, 54, Jerome, died Sept. 26, 2007, at Memorial Medical Center,
  Johnstown. Born April 26, 1953, in Jerome, the daughter of the late Peter and Sophia
  (Kogut) Kososki. Survived by uncles, Walter Kososki, married to former Catherine
  Carosella; George Kogut; and Stanley Kogut, married to former Ann Pokos, all of Jerome;
  and numerous cousins. Graduate of Conemaugh Township Area High School and University of
  Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She was an elementary school teacher for Conemaugh Township Area
  School District and St. Andrew's Catholic School. Currently employed by Jerome Post
  Office. Member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, Benscreek, and the Jerome Nest 556,
  Polish Falcons of America. Shirley enjoyed traveling especially to Myrtle Beach. Viewing
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109
  Church Road, Davidsville, where vigil for the deceased will be held at 4 p.m. Friday.
  Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrew's Church. The Rev. Father Angelo
  J. Patti celebrant. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery, Jerome. Donations in Shirley's memory
  may be sent to St. Andrew's School, 1621 Ferndale Ave., Johnstown, PA 15905.
