  Sara K. Kostick, 41, of Central City, died July 5, 1995, at
  Presbyterian University Hospital.  Born June 18, 1954, in Windber,
  daughter of Eddie and Jacqueline (Burket) Maddy.  Friends will be
  received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. (today) Saturday at Mulcahy
  Funeral Home, Central City; where service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday,
  with the Rev. Earl Crissman.  Interment, McGregor Cemetery, Cairnbrook.
