Born Nov. 24, 1923, in Windber, daughter of Andrew and Sophie (Suchy) Kozer. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Michael and John Kozer; sisters, Margaret Fedorisko and Mary Charnego, and her husband, George; and a niece, Diana Fedorisko. Survived by sister, Sophie, wife of the late Cungee Arena, Kent, Ohio; brother-in-law, George Fedorisko, Windber; niece, Mary Ann, wife of Ed Zborovancik, Windber; nephew, Robert Arena and wife, Ellen, and their sons, Nicholas and Joseph, Ohio; nephew, Gregory Arena, Ohio; and many special friends. Retired employee from Riverside Market, Richland, bakery department with 23 years of service and a former employee of Callens Bakery, Windber. A member of SS. Peter and Paul Orthodox Church, Windber, where Ann was active with the church bake and pierogi sales. Friends received 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the William Kisiel Funeral Home, Windber, where a burial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday. Brief service 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, followed by Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Orthodox Church, Windber. The Very Rev. Protopresbyter David J. Smoley.
