Born April 22, 1894, in Warsaw, Poland, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Kamalski. She was preceded in death by husband, Andy Kozlosky, and two sons, Andrew and Ziggie. Survived by daughter, Helen, and one son, Homer, both at home; also three grandsons: Leonard Kozlosky, Boswell; Andrew Jr. and Robert, both of New York City. Also survived by two sisters: Mrs. Helen Martin, Toms River, N.J.; and Mrs. Josefa Domilne, of Poland. She was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Acosta. Friends will be received after 3 p.m. Saturday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where Wake Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Mass Monday at 10 a.m, St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Acosta, the Rev. Father J. Joseph Strittmatter celebrant. Interment, St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Boswell.
