  KOZLOSKY
  
  Andy Kozlosky, 59, of Brooklyn, N.Y., formerly of Quecreek, died
  April 26, 1975, in Brooklyn.  Born Sept. 3, 1915, in Somerset County
  a son of Adella (Kamalski) Kozlosky and the late Andy Kozlosky. 
  Preceded in death by one brother, Ziggie, April 10, 1975. Survived by
  his mother of Quecreek, his wife, Josephine (Rubino) Kozlosky, and two
  sons, Robert and Andrew.  A sister Helen and a brother Homer, both of
  Quecreek.  Veteran of World War II.  Funeral arrangements in charge
  of Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home are incomplete.
