  KOZUCH
  
  Anna Mae (Levinicz) Kozuch, 66, of Sixth Street, Acosta, died March
  23, 1995, at home.  Born July 10, 1928, in Wehrum, Indiana County. 
  Daughter of George and Christine (Buchock) Levinicz.  Preceded in
  death by parents; husband, Walter J. "Curly" on Feb. 15, 1994; and
  brothers Michael and George.  Survived by two sons: Denny, married to
  Bobbie Dean, and Edward, married Nancy Urban, both of Somerset.  Also
  four grandchildren: Joseph, Lisa, Steven and Collette.  And, sister,
  Mary, wife of Arthur Holt, Friedens RD 2.  Member of St. John's
  Catholic Church, Acosta, and the church choir.  Retired LPN from the
  Somerset Hospital.  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street,
  Boswell, where wake service will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday.  Mass of
  Christian burial at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Church.  Rev. Father
  Raymond Karr, Celebrant.  Interment Somerset County Memorial Park.
